What currency are your orders in?
All prices are shown and charged in USD.
What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow along and see exactly where it is on its way to you.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it’s locked in—so we can’t make changes or cancellations. We recommend double-checking everything before hitting that final purchase button to avoid any hiccups.
Can I change the contact and shipping information in my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to update any order details after it’s been confirmed. Please make sure all info is accurate before completing your order!
My order says it’s been delivered, but I can’t find it.
If tracking shows it’s been delivered but it’s not in sight, start by contacting the delivery carrier for a Proof of Delivery. Also, check with neighbors or romates who may have accepted it for you. Still no luck? Reach out to our Customer Service Team at shop@gaeacollective.com, and we’ll help you track it down. To keep things extra secure, we always recommend signing for your deliveries!

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our studio in Miami Beach.
What shipping options do you provide?
In the U.S., we offer FedEx and UPS Ground and USPS for flexible and reliable options.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under this amount, shipping rates and available options will be shown at checkout.
Will there be any additional customs fees when my order arrives?
Orders from our USA studio currently ship duty-free; however, if you have specific questions about potential fees, please check with the carrier directly as fees may vary by region. Gaea Collective does not control additional customs fees or taxes.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your order, check the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email we sent you. If you’re still having trouble locating it, reach out to us at shop@gaeacollective.com, and we’ll gladly assist!
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, with safety tags intact, and in their original packaging. Used, damaged, or altered items may be rejected and sent back to you.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at shop@gaeacollective.com and we’ll send you the shipping instructions. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards. If all is good, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. For returns of orders with a free promotional item, please return both the purchased and promotional items together. Refunds will go back to your original payment method, and a $10 return shipping cost will apply.
Can I exchange my order or size?
Yes! We offer one free exchange per order, as long as the size or color you want is in stock. If the item you’re requesting is unavailable, you can simply return it.
Do you offer free exchanges?
Yes, we do. You get one free exchange per order to find the perfect fit or color.
When will I receive my exchange item?
Once we receive your item back, it’ll go through a quick quality check. After it passes inspection, we’ll send out your exchange order right away! You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once it’s on its way.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping costs at checkout cover both shipping and handling, so they’re non-refundable.
How do I make a claim?
If you received an item with defects or the wrong item entirely (like the wrong size, color, or product), please send us an email at shop@gaeacollective.com and we’ll send you the instructions.
